Injection molding service
How PANDA supports your molding program
From DFM to stable mass production
PANDA is service-first. We combine engineering, tooling follow-up, production and QA into one delivery workflow. Materials are selected as part of this workflow to ensure quality, cost and manufacturability.
Program intake & DFM
Requirement alignment, drawing review, and mold/manufacturing risk checks before launch.
Tooling & trial execution
Mold follow-up, trial plans, defect closure, and parameter optimization for release readiness.
Production & quality control
Stable output, inspection standards, traceability, and controlled engineering changes.
1. Program intake and DFM
We start with drawings, functional requirements, annual volume and quality targets. The team reviews wall thickness, ribs, gate strategy, ejection, and risk areas before tooling decisions are finalized.
2. Tooling follow-up and sampling
PANDA follows mold progress and runs structured T0/T1/T2 trials. We document defects, root causes and corrective actions to reach stable dimensions, appearance and cycle behavior.
3. Process lock and release
After trial closure, we lock process windows and inspection checkpoints. Documentation is aligned so production teams can run consistently, not by operator guesswork.
4. Mass production and change control
For serial production, we run incoming checks, in-process controls, lot traceability and engineering change governance to protect output stability over time.
5. Materials as service support
Material options (ABS, HIPS, PP, PC and blends) are selected to support process stability and part performance. Material choice serves delivery reliability and quality objectives.
